Who we are

Tahoe Proper is an apparel brand on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe, operated from Nevada. We are the seller of record for everything sold here, and we handle all customer service directly. Reach us at hello@tahoeproper.com.

Our products

We print in small runs. Please read our Returns & Help page for shipping times and our 30-day return policy.

Product photography is as accurate as we can make it, but screens vary and garments are finished by hand. Slight variation in print placement and color is normal and is not a defect.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, update product details, or discontinue a product at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock we can no longer source. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you get a full refund.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. International customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any duties and taxes.

Intellectual property

The Tahoe Proper name, logo, designs, photography, and site content are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. They may not be reproduced, resold, or printed without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Third-party services

Checkout is provided by Shopify. Their own terms apply to that part of the transaction. Links to other sites are not endorsements.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
